Microsoft 365 is the engine room of most modern small businesses — email, files, Teams, calendars and security all in one place. Set up well, it lets your team work from the office, the ute or home without missing a beat. Set up badly, it’s a mess of lost files and licence fees you don’t need. As a local Microsoft 365 partner based in Nelson Bay, we make the cloud simple for Port Stephens businesses.
Our cloud services
- Microsoft 365 setup, licensing and management — the right plan for each user (no overpaying for E5 when Business Premium does the job), configured properly from day one.
- Email migration — moving from old hosting, Gmail or an ageing Exchange server to Microsoft 365 without losing a single message.
- SharePoint and OneDrive — file storage and collaboration that replaces the old office server, with sensible permissions and version history.
- Secure cloud backup — Microsoft doesn’t back up your 365 data long-term; we do, covering email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
- Security baseline — multi-factor authentication, conditional access and anti-phishing configured on every tenancy we manage.
- Azure and hybrid cloud — cloud-hosted servers and virtual desktops when your line-of-business software needs more than 365.
Why businesses move to the cloud with us
Most of our cloud projects start the same way: an old server in a back room is due for replacement, or staff need to work from home and can’t get to their files. Moving to Microsoft 365 usually costs less than replacing that server — and it comes with enterprise-grade security that small businesses could never afford on their own. We handle the whole move, train your team in plain English, and stay on as your ongoing support through our managed IT plans.

Start With Cloud →Frequently asked questions
We already have Microsoft 365 — can you take over managing it?
Yes. We regularly take over existing tenancies, audit the licensing and security settings, and tidy up what previous providers left behind. Most businesses we audit are paying for licences they don’t use.
Will we lose our email during a migration?
No. We run migrations in stages with both systems live during cutover, usually switching over outside business hours. Your old mail, contacts and calendars come across with you.
Is our data backed up in Microsoft 365?
Only for short retention windows. If something is deleted and not noticed for a few months — or you’re hit by ransomware — native retention may not save you. That’s why every cloud client of ours gets independent backup of email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
Can you help our staff actually use it?
Absolutely — we include hands-on, jargon-free training as part of every rollout so Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive actually get used properly.
